Chinese Wikipedia Conference Approaches

The revolutionary editable and democratic online encyclopedia Wikipedia now has a Chinese version that is working within the guidelines set by the Central Government to better serve Chinese subscribers on the Mainland and around the world. The first Chinese Wikipedia conference will be held on August 26th and 27th at Chinese University of Hong Kong. Participants will include Wikipedia users coming from the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong among others, including, possibly, YOU. HKMediaEd.net and the Creative Media Centre @ SPCS will be there to help photograph and videotape the conference. If you would like to participate in the conference, contact Mr. Chan in room 611a.
